PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
Meet the talented artists who will be showcasing their work at Korean Art Path. Each artist brings a unique perspective and creative vision to the event, contributing to the diverse and vibrant atmosphere of the art fair.

Artist Yerim Lee
My work begins from the perspective of a person walking alone through the city.
People build cities and put up buildings out of necessity, but it is the buildings that stand still, watching over people as they come and go like the tide.
While some buildings hold great historical or artistic significance, most are just ordinary structures where people go about their daily lives.

Artist Jungyun Roh
I explore the coexistence and the tension between natural and man-made elements in Seoul’s urban landscape.
Using geometric patterns, I depict artificial structures and examine their relationship with natural elements, such as weeds growing throughout the city.
In particular, I reflect on the city's fluid identity, highlighted by the contrast between aging neighborhoods in need of redevelopment and newly built apartment complexes.

Artist Doyim Kim
I repeat the act of looking at myself every day. By looking at myself, I fill my heart and then empty it again.
In my daily routine, I repeat this process, writing and erasing, filling and emptying. Perhaps this repetitive act is my way of reaching a state of “MU-WEI" (non-action or effortless action). Whenever I am completely full, I long for a life of emptiness, and when I am empty, I long to be filled again. In this way, I hope to achieve daily peace by filling and emptying, and I have gathered some of my past works. I hope that my peace can reach you.
